SOL’s longboard workshops are designed to take your surfing to the next level. To ensure that every participant gets enough individual attention from our coach, this workshop has a maximum number of only 8 participants.

Who is this for?

This workshop is suitable for beginner to advanced longboarders that want to improve their skills! The only requirement is that you know how to catch your own waves and that you are familiar with line-up etiquette. We will be a small group of girls so that every student has the chance to get personal feedback and tips.

Whats included?

  • 2 full days of coaching

    2 full days of coaching with Alice Le Moigne. We will aim for 2 sessions a day, depending on the conditions. The aim is to have one session that will be filmed and coached from the land. And the second session with guidance in the water. In the evening we will analyze the videos together.

  • Accomodation

    3 nights of accommodation at the beautiful Moniz Surf Lodge. You will have access to shared bathrooms and showers and a community kitchen.

  • Food

    Given the physical intensity of this workshop, we believe that healthy nutrition is a key element. This is we will prepare us breakfast lunch and dinner.

  • Surf photos

    Additionally to the videos we take from the beach for analysis, we will have a professional photographer come and shoot some of our surf sessions. We want to make sure you will have plenty of photos of all the amazing memories you will have from this workshop with SOL.

Where?

Peniche is about 1h 30 min north of Lisbon. Due to its geographical shape, it’s one of Portugal’s most consistent places to surf. You can find waves that work with any wind or swell direction within just minutes of driving. There’s not much else happening other than surf so the vibe is very chill and relaxed. You can find many cool cafes, restaurants and surf shops around.
